By introducing SmartPick system, Sacchi reaches a new frontier in the automatic batch preparation of solid and powder blends in food industry.
SmartPick automatically picks raw material bags from one or more pallets, cuts and empties them in cutting hoppers. The powder product is then dosed by SmartBatch software and conveyed upon call to one or more mixers. The product conveying can take place both mechanically or pneumatically, in case of great distances, thanks to AIR pneumatic conveyor.
The product can come from silos or BBDS Big-bag emptying systems as well.
