It compacts the packaging and conveys it to an optional container where a palletised liner can be placed, it guarantees good powders containment during disposal.
The screw compactor can be supplied with load hopper to feed the compacting screw conveyor. Bags inserted into the hopper are pressed by the screw and sent to the exit pipe that compresses them into polythene tubing. This type of compactor is cheap and efficient for medium production of empty bags. Compacting ratio can amount to the highest value of 4:1.
