The incredibly compact foot print made it possible to install one dedicated SmartPack at the end of each of the extrusion/mizing lines.
The SmartPack beside the standard configuration (Robot-bag filling head - sewing/welding unit and pallet place) was equipped with integrated lumps selection device, product buffer, cooling system.
So far the customer has already put in service 10 SMartrobotic system from Sacchi, but the plans are to extend robotic automation furthermore to 100% of the lines.
