Innovative big-bag filling stations

F.lli Sacchi announces the new BBFS (big-bag filling station) innovative modular big-bag filling station, that allows semiautomatic and completely automatic solutions. These innovative systems, which can be completely integrated with AIRPULS pneumatic feeding systems, along with the possibility to make the station mobile, allow to manage big-bag filling in a very flexible way. The system can be equipped with various options:

• Big-bag deaeration vibratory platform
• Big-bag hooking frame for fork-lift

• Labelling machine or label printer to identify the big-bag
• Accumulation conveyor for empty big-bag
• Electronic system for dosing up to 50 recipes.
• Big-bag filling and product dosing can be achieved through gross or net weight scale.
