A central robot picks four raw materials, exchangeable on demand from four pallet places and feeds directly two cutting hoppers in 316L
The hoppers have an integrated CIP system and automatic fron closing. They are connected directly to two reactors with a controlled feeding system.
An integrated bar code reding system grants the total traceability.
The system is installed in USA and has been UL certified.
