Open mouth bagging systems are composed of pneumatic or mechanic conveying for the load of the pre-storage hopper, dosing scale, bag mouth with safety locking, conveyor belt for filled bag, sewing device and robotic or multiple layer palletiser.
Automatic bagging systems for open-mouth bag integrate an automatic bag placer equipped with control sensors for bag positioning and filling. These systems guarantee high performances against a reasonable investment. The system can be equipped with different options, to reach increasing automation levels.
The semi-automatic bagging system is extremely easy to use, the operator has only to load the empty bag on the bag mouth, activate the bag blocking at low pressure by a double manual command to avoid any fortuitous injury since it can be easily accessible by fingers, and then give the authorisation to product supply by ergonomic control pedal.
The bagging machine blocks the bag at high pressure, so that gripping is steady and then doses the product. The flow, after a first quick phase, then slows down automatically when reaching a settable weight value, till achieving the flow set for “end” dosing that allows to get the final weight within defined tolerances. The bagging machine, at the end of dosing, verifies bag weight and releases it on a conveyor belt that makes it move to the sealing station. Bag sealing can be done either by sewing device or welding machine and in automatic or manual mode.
The bag, once sealed, can be sent to automatic palletiser or picked by the operator.
Electronic weighing system, based on last generation load cells and on digital dosing device, allows to achieve a very high accuracy even with high dosing speeds. It’s enough to set the weight to be reached and the switching point from quick flow to fine one on the device with LCD panel, and the game is over, your machine is ready to work!
