We offer two semiautomatic bags breakers :
Semiautomatic rotary barrel bags breaker is composed of a load belt where bags to be emptied are positioned.
Bags are conveyed to a rotary blades system that opens the bag in more points. Bag is then sent into a rotating screen that separates the contents from packaging.
Semiautomatic manipulator bags breaker with bottom cutting, is composed of a load belt where the bags to be emptied are positioned. Bags are conveyed to a pneumatic manipulator that catches the upper edge of the bag, while the lower one is cut by a blades system. The empty bag is then transferred into a compactor.
In recent years, robots cost has decreased while manpower cost increased. All this along with the fact that safety regulations in working environment (loads handling and exposure both to granular and powdered products) have become stricter, has leaded to the success of SmartPick systems that allow automatic bag picking from pallet, its cutting and emptying.
This type of bags breakers is suited to cut a single-product in medium quantity.
System cleaning is quite difficult, so the machine isn’t suited to product changes.
It’s not possible to guarantee that no paper or plastic pieces could remain inside the product.
It’s not possible to handle more components cutting at the same time.
It's also required an operator who has to depalletise and load bags to be cut on the conveyor belt.
