AIRPOWDER is a unique product on the market, it comes from our thirty-year experience in conveying “difficult” powders, that is non-free- flowing.

An innovative pneumatic system controls the material flow inside the releasing chamber and regulates its conveying up to 50 meters away.

Its efficiency has been proved by many installations at several customers’ facilities. Airpowder can be employed where suction conveying fails:

conveying of titanium dioxide
conveying of micronised PVC
pneumatic conveying of calcium carbonate
pneumatic conveying of concrete items
pneumatic conveying of carbon black
pneumatic conveying of powders having a granulometry lower than a micron

Programmable control system allows working in manual to fill and empty the dense phase pneumatic conveyor with its related pneumatic conveying, or to work in automatic with smart control system with pressure check to optimise the consumptions of conveying gas, product speed and avoid obstructions in the line when using highly non-free-flowing products.
