Socorì 80 - The new generation puffing machine for rice, wheat, corn and oat
Sacchi is the designer and manufacturer of the patented Socorì (automatic cereals puffing machine) that has been installed in hundreds of succesful application all over the world.
Socori is suitable for the expansion of all kind of cereals (wheat, rice, corn, barley, oats, oats rings, etc) but monthly new application are found. Up to now main application have been found in food industry as primiry or secondary componenets in the production of: - Snacks - Baked products (brioches) - Chocolate based sweets - Cocoa based sweets - Nuts based sweets - Bread - Extruded and suddendly puffed products Sacchi is able to supply the full process from the bulk cereal storing, dosing, conveying, puffing, choholate/sugar covering and final bagging.
Expansion principle is based on a cereal precooking with a unique cooking process and subsequent compression by steam. The feed rate of steam, the curve of temperature and the speed of product expansion is controlled by an exclusive algorithm. The machine is completed by a collection chamber of the puffed cereal.
Production capacities range from 20 up to 1400 kg/h.
