Big-bag coupling to discharge section

Big-bag with sleeve can be connected to product discharge section in different ways : 

• Double roll-bar fixed support  "lay-on". Best solution for not dusty and free-flowing products. Big-bag is matched by laying the bottom on a mechanic support. Product holding lace is released by a small door on the lower discharge channel.
• Rubber plate : best solution for little dusty and free-flowing products. Big-bag is matched by laying the bottom on the rubber plate. Product holding lace is released by a small door on the lower discharge channel.
• Mechanic coupling plate  : advanced solution, the best one for dusty or harmful products for man. Big-bag sleeve is inserted into an empty space that is then locked by cam-lock mechanism. The sleeve is sealed thanks to labyrinth geometry.
• Pneumatic coupler "inflatable rubber seal" : technological solution, perfect for dusty or harmful products for man. Big-bag sleeve is inserted into the interstitial chamber of a double-pipe channel to which an inflatable device responds during loading and discharge operations.

Flat bottom big-bag can be opened by :

• Cutting blades "high strenght". This solution is based on exclusive patents by F.lli Sacchi in bags cutting blades field. It's a blade resulting from years of research, suitable for the most compact materials that could otherwise damage the cutting edge. This solution is the most productive since it eliminates the manual opening of the lace that closes the sleeve.
• Manual opening by cutter. Economic solution, but dangerous for the operator because he's subject to suspended load risk and to powders dispersed in the air during the emptying operation.
