Product discharge from big-bag

Product coming out from the lower section of BBDS big-bag emptying machine can be handled in different ways :

• Direct discharge and dosing by gravity : the product is conveyed to the process by fall, using on/off or dosing valve. Dosing can be in continuous by volume/gravity for weight loss or dosed in batch according to a recipe with gravimetric technique "loss in weight" or "gain in weight" depending on process and required accuracy.
• Discharge and dosing by screw conveyor : the product is collected inside an intermediate cone hopper with suitable capacity and from that point it's supplied or dosed to the process. Dosing can be in continuous by volume/gravity for weight loss or dosed in batch according to a recipe with gravimetric technique "loss in weight" or "gain in weight" depending on process and required accuracy.
• Discharge and dosing by ESFP flat bottom extractor : the product is collected inside an intermediate cylindrical hopper equipped with ESFP rotating flat bottom extractor with suitable capacity and from that point it's supplied and dosed to the process. ESFP use allows to extract even the most difficult powders.Dosing can be in continuous by volume/gravity for weight loss or dosed in batch according to a recipe with gravimetric technique "loss in weight" or "gain in weight" depending on process and required accuracy. If necessary it's possible to  install a dosing screw conveyor with variable speed interfaced with dosing digital control unit.
• Discharge by pneumatic conveying in dense or dilute phase : the product is supplied to a rotary valve or to a dense phase pneumatic conveyor and then conveyed to the process machine.
