Socorì 180 can be supplied with two different expansion tunnel :

  • Standard static tunnel with product mechanic extraction 
  • Turning tunnel, appositely designed to completely empty the puffed product with no remains. In both cases the exiting product goes down the vibrating channel at end of which a pneumatic system conveys it to the following processing.

All types of tunnel can be installed on a rail for an easy opening, inspection and cleaning. 

To manage such an innovative machine, the electrical panel is equipped with state-of-the-art components and innovative software algorithms; in particular the interface with the operator takes place by a wide touch screen panel, on which the plant diagram and all data necessary to the working such as temperature, pressure, times, production, cycles number are displayed.
